The total stay was pleasant for a quick visit. The room was pet-friendly and neat and equipped with shower, balcony plus very nice style as described. The breakfast was reasonably priced and free of charge, featured a wide range of meals. The staff were exceptionally nice and the location was magnificent. Distance to the airport was just 10 km. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The hotel has exceptionally comfortable rooms, well-appointed and newly decorated with a balcony. The staff is really helpful and makes the stay enjoyable. The location is nice and unbeatable, just 1 km from Centennial Park.

Bathroom, and hall ways need more attention there were microway and glasse ware lying on the carpet afew feet from my door

Bed was very uncomfortable and had to call at 1am for noise complaint. Booked.net charged more than hotel for the room.

Had comfortable stay for a quick visit. The location was great, for example, Centennial Park was not too far from the hotel.

Reasonably priced and delicious breakfast, a wide array of food and beverages. Very comfy beds & recently renovated and pet-friendly rooms. Favorable and absolutely perfect location for our visit to Starlight Casino Point Edward at a short distance from the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable

Lack of real cleanliness and our room appeared to have been hastily cleaned. The bathroom sink had a red jelly like substance in it that I could not identify! The toilet base had a pool of urine from the previous guests on it, which was more than disturbing! I did tell the front desk on our way back from our event at 11pm however sending housekeeping to our room at that hour seemed ridiculous. I cleaned these myself along with a bit of a gooey remote, the same gooey substance as was in the sink! The mirror in the main area was steaky and foggy. There were no glasses/cups in our room. For one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel (a king with a spa), I expected much better. I have always had pretty good experiences with Holiday Inn but I have to say I was a bit disappointed this time.

Modest & large unit with a view. Great and absolutely perfect location to Children's Animal Farm Zoo.

The air conditioning unit tended to be noisy going on and off every 20 to 30 minutes.
